Description
Holly bush has overgrown onto sidewalk. Drivers approaching traffic circle cannot see pedestrians on sidewalk until it is almost too late. As a driver, I have almost hit people twice at this spot. Walkers assume they have the right of way, and so they walk into crosswalk, but cars can not see them.
