a citizen got hurt due to the grass in the medians being cut and allowed go into the street. when motorcycles or scooters hits the grass it is like ice. a citizen got hurt on scooter on Fairfield way close to 360. on Fairfield way near the jail . citizen would like to know if there is some kind of way that the grass is not been allowed to go into the street once it cut
