Description

Bus stop trash bin on E Marshall St between N 24th and N 25th Street needs to be collected as soon as possible. There is either a dead animal or some sort of waste in the bin that is overpowering that side of the block with an awful smell. Possible hazardous waste situation that should be dealt with soon. Thank you.
