Description

Caller states someone has been dumping bagged and bulk trash near his cans and as a result it is overflowing - he states the collectors have not been picking up his trash for two weeks. He may decide to schedule a bulk pick up as he has too much trash laying around - he has submitted a request for illegal dumping investigation.
