Description

Sidewalk on Newport Drive and 1400 W. Laburnum is in disrepair, missing entirely, or coming up from trees roots and lack of maintenance. Newport is heavily trafficked by both cars and people. Children, strollers, kids, etc. are forced into the roadway because the sidewalk is so bad, and cars are turning in constantly and quickly off of W. Laburnum Ave. A portion of the sidewalk was recently re-done in connection with a lead water line replacement, but a large portion is still in need of serious repair/replacement.
