per W. Carroll- This location is rated as a (23). It is 10 feet by 5 feet of damage being caused by tree roots. We will try to fix this location in the very near future.Once the panels have been removed, we will contact urban forestry for their inspection before repairing. I have notified the citizen.

Citizen called to follow-up on the status of the ticket request. Citizen had previously submitted DPW%7457 for the tree issue. Citizen informs she runs a daycare and the buckled plate is a tripping hazard. Citizen advised that numerous individuals have tripped previously or gotten their foot stuck.
