RESIDENT IS CALLING BECAUSE THERE ARE BIG LIMBS FALLING AND RECENTLY ONE HAS FALLING AND HE HAD TO CALL THE COPS BECAUSE HE CANT MOVE IT HIMSELF. WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT BECAUSE NOW HE CANT PARK IN FRONT OF HIS HOME BECAUSE THE TREE IS HANGING. HE PUT IN A REQUEST LAST YEAR.
