Description

The city just finished streetcleaning in Bellevue and left this mess on Westbrook ave, near the intersection of Hermitage. From the interstate exit to the Hermitage/Lakeside intersection the gutter is filled with gravel, sand, grass clipping, and leaves. It's also dangerous for bicyclists. This is the 3rd cycle in a row that the city has skipped this area!
