there is a tree in front of this location and the limbs are yellow! and she is very afraid that the tree is going to fall on someone. wants to make sure that we know that its yellow the whole limb. its rotting and her neightbors said something to her as well

Ms. Cosby called today concerning two City trees that she said are dropping limbs and she would like someone to come out to look at the trees. She also stated some pruning was done last year on one of the trees. She feels more is needed. There have been several service request opened on the same issue. I will give the information to the Arborist S. Lilly to contact Ms. Cosby.
