  Customer called again regarding tree. This is city property.

  Called and left a message about pruning of the city tree. Due to utility wires in tree I am working through Dominion Power and trying to get things scheduled. Its only one tree so Dominion doesn’t want to send a crew out for only one tree with a few limbs to be pruned. So scheduling has been slow. Still working on it.   Ms. Addison called stating that VA Power came out on Saturday and confirmed there are no utility wires there. There are telephone wires and Verizon will need to called. Ms. Addison would like for the Arborist to contact her right away so this issue can be resolved. Sent email to the Arborist.

  Ms. Addison called today. She stated Verizon had been at to her residence and they stated the portion of the tree that needs pruning is not in wires. I gave W Shoup the information.
