THE FELL DURING STORM AND IS IN THE STREET AND SIDE WALK. CITIZEN HAS BEEN ASKING TO HAVE THE TREE REMOVED FOR YEARS AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE BECAUSE IT RUINED HER FENCE. AFRAID IT WILL FALL AND HURT SOMEONE...PREVIOUS CASE #63864
