Description

Please see the photos below. This tree is to the point that it represents an extreme danger to person and property. This tree is at the corner of Seminary Pl and East Seminary Ave. The tree was slated to come down years ago but neighbors threw a fit now it has become so large and each year it leans more and more. With all the rain we have had I’m estimating it has move 6 more inches— it’s to the point that it is not a question of if but when it comes out of the sidewalk and goes through the
