Description

Tree is almost completely blocking the sidewalk requiring pedestrians to walk around the tree into mud. This is likely the responsibility of the property owner but the property is an apartment complex. I don't know the exact address but it is closer to Lombardy than Ryland on the north side of the 1100 block of W. Grace. Lots of students and others walk down that sidewalk which now requires either a detour around the unruly tree into the grass/muddy area near the sidewalk or a limbo move.
