Description

The vines and thorn bushes are covering more than 2/3 of the sidewalk resulting in us pedestrians to walk very close to Cowardin AVe. Plus the vines and thorn bushes collect trash. The vacant corner is moved occasionally but they dont doing anything about the sidewalk. I walk it several times a week and it is hazardous! The mowers also continue to mow around a discarded tire. Can't they pick that up??? Please take care of this city lot.
