Description
citizen calls to state we come out every few years to repair the alley yet we wil continue to have to come out because the resident at 1405 Brookland pkwy does not have any vegetation in her back yard when it rains her yard basically turns into a lake , which has to wash out and when it does it washes out into the alley causing damage to the repaired alley. He states we will continue to have an issue with the alley until we get the lady at 1405 to do something with her back yard .
