Description

There is a tree on the right side of the street near the forested area that is dead and is dropping large limbs each time it rains or we have a storm. This tree is in-between 918 W. 31st and 920 W. 31st across the street. It was killed by invasive ivy and is in danger of falling onto nearby houses and cars.
