river road between the intersection of three chop and huguenot ,, where huntley rd turns of river rd there is a large tree that has a very large limb that hangs over the street.. the limb has nothing but dead leaves on it citizen is unsure if the tree itself is dead but would l;like to have someone come out and take a look because it the limb falls on a car it would be fatal ..
