Tree branches are falling in the street and sidewalk. This is happening on the trees in front 16 n. 30th st. Richmond, VA 23223 (Tree Inventory - April 3, 2018 ; Tree ID 10195 ; Species Acer saccharum) and more importantly in front 18 n. 30th st. (Tree Inventory - April 3, 2018 ; Tree ID 10040 ; Species Acer campestre). Look like these trees are "dying". Can they be assessed? Thank you.
