Mrs. Virginia Whitaker, 3216 4th Ave, 804-321-1687, called because a storm caused the branches from the tree in front of her house, tree id # 22430, to fall, almost on her son's car. She has requested standard tree maintenance 2 or 3 years ago, but nothing was done. She needs the dead branches to be trimmed asap so that none of her property is damaged.
