Description
The alley behind 5103 Sylvan Road has been built up so much that storm water runs through the yards of 5103 Sylvan Road and the homes besides it, flooding basements and yards. The grate/culvert down the center of the alley to lead water to the storm drain needs to be redone. This is a huge problem and is leading to foundation issues. Channeling water to the storm drain should not be difficult. Instead of funneling water to the drain, the alley lets water drain into the yards of 5103, 5105, 5107
