Caller is checking on the status of two requests: there's a sidewalk that is in need of repair that has been called in for two years now; states it happened when a tree came down there's two pieces of the sidewalk missing and she also called before about the top of her supercan being damaged when the supercan was emptied: they advised her to call in to place a request for the damaged supercan.
