Description
The crosswalk sign over the west end of the 1600 block of Monument Avenue (by the east-bound lane of traffic) was hit and fell over. Needs to be repaired or replaced to mark the crosswalk! People already ignore the crosswalks here, so the lack of sign will just make it worse
