Description
Citizen called to advise that the pavement is crumbling into the ditch. If two vehicles are driving on that road, the portion in front of Ms. Ralston's property will fall into the ditch if they don't stop. Pavement crumbling has gotten worse due severe rain. It is washing away the ditch and taking the road with it.
