Description
Deep ruts have developed, making driving difficult. Clay from ruts has washed down to street, creating pile of mud. Since I submitted the request in July, the erosion has continued. This alley provides access to parking for several houses and apartment blocks. It is very difficult to use in its current condition, and could do damage to a car's alignment and undercarriage. There is also a retaining wall along one side of the alley that may be compromised if erosion is not addressed.
