Description
The traffic signal at the intersection of the northbound Chippenham Parkway off ramp and Stony Point Parkway is malfunctioning causing traffic to back up on northbound Chippenham Parkway at times queueing all the way to the Huguenot Road interchange. The signal is only giving a couple seconds of green time to the northbound Chippenham Parkway ramp approach which is causing the traffic to back up onto northbound Chippenham Parkway.
