Description
On Friday, 7/6, called Public Works re: a large tree limb that had fallen in our yard and blocking the sidewalk; people have to walk around the limb through our yard or into the street (DPW2169). Several followup calls-repeatedly told Public Works can tell us nothing other than we are in queue. Today, 7/18, another limb fell from the same tree and is now in the street. PW advised I call non-emergency police, who said they would put an order in with PW. What kind of circular bureaucratic hell?
