Description
When at stoplight attempting to turn left onto Hull St Rd from Hey Rd, the signal will often not recognize a vehicle is waiting and a signal will not change. Multiple times I’ve sat through multiple light cycles watching other traffic get to go. I’m forced to do a right on red and u-turn. I’ve seen traffic back up on Hey Rd nearly to Snead Rd.
