Description
See tickets 2566 AND 1997, which reached the state of COMPLETED after no action taken. Some of the trash in my bin is almost three weeks old. The bin has been waiting on the curb on Reedy Ave due to downed trees along W44th. Dog walkers are adding to the brewing substances. If it is not picked up tomorrow, where at City Hall can I deliver? I've added bright yellow tape so they won't miss it. . And now the third trash day in a row has past and my bin has still not been emptied. Does anyone look at these requests other than just to close them?
