Description

Hello.....we have attempted several times since August of 2017 to have our neighborhood street,Blithewood Drive 23225 street repaired. The pavement is extremely worn out. At times,during extreme heat the pavementsphalt becomes very soft which sticks to vehicle tires. Please note we have called 311 several times.The last call on October 9,2017,and proved a tracing #87129. We understand the city is busy...however this street has been neglected for YEARS and this request is almost a year old
