Description
Can you put in a traffic circle here so that traffic exiting northbound I-95 at exit 75 can turn left onto southbound 7th street to access VCU Health System, JSRCC, VA Bio-Tech, Altria, and Jackson Ward destinations safely? People have made their own circle through the mud and gravel but a full intersection or traffic circle would be safer, and give the Northbound I-95 traffic a different option for accessing those destinations other than busy Broad Street exit 74.
