Description
With the construction walls/fences on east-bound Leigh Street, blocking visibility to the left for vehicles on north-bound 11th street, no one should attempt to turn right on red from 11th street onto Leigh. Leigh street curves there and drivers cannot see oncoming traffic. Unfortunately this doesn't stop people from pulling out, already causing several near-misses in the few weeks since the barriers were installed for the large construction site. Thanks.
