Description
The city trashcan outside of my home is completely rusted out at the bottom. The last two weeks someone has come around to empty it they have left the trash in the bottom of the metal surrounding and placed the trash can back on top. The trash left in the container has attracted many flies due to accumulation. Is there anyway this trashcan can be replaced and the trash be picked up. It is located on 24th and Marshall next to GRTC stop 56 in Church Hill.
