TREE WAS REMOVED AND THE STUMP WAS NEVER REMOVED. WANTED TO KNOW WHEN THE STUMP WOULD BE REMOVED SO THAT COULD PARTICIPATE IN THE ADOPT A TREE PROGRAM TO PLANT ANOTHER IN THE SAME SPOT.. IN BETWEEN 3322 AND 3324 PATTERSON AVE
