Description

I recognize this may not be of the highest priority but as I was driving on N 18th street this morning heading toward Broad Street I noticed multiple tree wells with sidewalk bricks stacked multiple layers high in them. It appears there was work being done to water/gas meters in front of many of the buildings and the bricks were removed from there and placed in the tree wells.
