804-353-0191 Ext. 100. the tree is dead citizen contacted dominion energy and was told since the tree was cut in a U shape. they were able to assist with the tree. citizen is afraid that it may fall on power line s by the business. it has been dropping large branches corner of Fitzhugh avenue and antrim avenue office of children home society of Virginia
