Description

There is a deep pothole of increasing size in the travel lane of Devonshire Road at it's intersection with Westover Hills Boulevard. The pothole represents a severe traffic hazard because drivers turning Right on Devonshire from Northbound Westover Hills Boulevard must nearly stop thereby increasing the probability of a rear-end collisions. The deteriorated road surface on Devonshire at this location has been repaired several times and the repairs last only a short while
