Description

Tree on city property in front of 806 W. 28th St. needs pruning and dangling broken branches removed. One large branch hangs out of reach over the street and could injure pedestrians or vehicles. Many fallen branches already removed. City arborist might be needed to asses the health of the tree hanging over a residential area.
