Description
On 2nd Street heading East, at 2nd street intersection - when trying to turn right on to 2nd street on a red light it is very difficult to see North on 2nd street due to the vegetation blocking the view of oncoming traffic. Is there something you can do to clear the vegetation - or have there been indications of accidents where vehicles turning right on red are having accidents?
