Description
There is a dead branch that is large enough to cause significant bodily harm to a pedestrian or pet hanging onto another branch. In addition the tree is full of dead branches that need pruning. There are wires going through the tree some of which are utilities and cable. The tree is on 29th street between the corner house 2821 E. Grace St. and 116 N 29th Street. It is across from the backyard of 2821 E. grace St.
