Description
Several months ago, the 2600 block of Grayland was told to move their trash cans to the front of their houses to make room for construction in the alley. The construction has long been complete, but they've not been told to move their trash back. The cans are blocking the sidewalk and making a mess along the sidewalk. It's gross and smells terrible. Please have residents move trash back to the alley.
