Description

Tree roots have shifted the bricks on the sidewalk. Difficult/impossible to operate a wheelchair and it is not safe to use the one way street for the wheelchair. It is also a hazard to people walking as one can easily trip over the bricks. This becomes worse at night with reduced visibility.
