Description

In the little park at the A.P. Hill Monument (park borders = Hermitage Road, Hill Monument Parkway, W. Laburnum Avenue,), there is a huge tree that has a large, open cavity at its base. The tree is directly behind the park bench that faces Hermitage Road. I believe the tree needs to be removed because it is so unstable.
