Description
If you are looking at 3118 Park Avenue from the street, look to the left, and in front of the fence, the sidewalk has been heaved up so that there is a step of several inches. I am unsure what caused the issue. People in wheelchairs would not be able to get over this step, folks with difficulty walking may not be able to get over it, people in general may trip over it, etc.
