Description
The intersection of Kensington and Nansemond should have a four way stop. Most if not all intersections in this area either have four ways or stop lights but this intersection does not. I've seen people on Kensington come to a full stop thinking it is a four way stop and I have also seen people narrowly miss accidents because they roll the stop on Nansemond, thinking that Kensington also has a stop.
