Dead tree sits outside of a 2-story home. Is about 20 feet tall. Tree is located in sidewalk and limbs/leaves are falling into walkway. Tree is located in Union Hill section of Church Hill. Across from Union Market. Tree needs to be removed. Thank you for your help!
