Description

City of Richmond paving machine has been sitting unused for 1 month on 800 block of W 28th St. Gas lines were replaced here in late May and all other equipment removed, but this machine appears to be abandoned. We have noticed youths at night "playing" on the machine and potentially trying to start it up. Please have City come remove this machine before it gets ruined or stolen.
