Description

There is a five gallon bucket full of some sort of oily stuff (sealant? old motor oil?) next to the hydrant at Westbrook and Brook across from the library. It has been there more than a month and it's too heavy for an old dog walker to carry home. Can someone grab it when a packer comes by on Monday? Careful, though. Its full and not sealed.
