Description
This problem is on Parker Street--The 5500 block and the 5400 block. Big trees, weeds and woody vines have grown like a dense jungle covering the ground, curbs and one third of the street. There has been no maintenance on these areas for 9-10 years when I first moved here. My photos are from 2016 so jungle is bigger now.
