Description
On N. 14th St meets E. Broad St. - the right turn lane is for I95 or E. Broad St.; left turn lane gets on E. Broad St. toward Library of Virginia. During rush hour, there isn't a lot of traffic that uses the left turn lane while a lot of traffic uses the right turn lane, and as a result, backs traffic up to E. Cary Street and S. 14th Street. A solution would be to turn the left lane into a dual left/right turn lane onto Broad, and make the right lane an i95 turn only.
