Description
At the intersection of West Main Street and North Belvidere Street, the right turn lane onto North Belvidere Street is closed, but the light time was not extended, traffic is backing up multiple blocks around evening rushhour. That intersection was already having a tough time with getting traffic through with the short light time, now it has gotten much worse
